You'll take pride in crafting beautiful,fresh,and seasonal morning dishes that reflect our dedication to quality and local produce. You'll thrive on the calm focus of early mornings,bringing energy and creativity to ensure every plate that leaves your section sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience.


We're looking for someone who:

Takes ownership of the breakfast service,ensuring smooth,efficient preparation and delivery. Shares our ambition to make breakfast a highlight of every guest's stay. Understands that breakfast shapes both the first and last impressions of our hospitality. Works confidently across all breakfast stations -- from cooked dishes to pastries and continental offerings. Maintains excellent food safety and hygiene standards. Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams. Is reliable,organised,and thrives in the early morning atmosphere. Has previous kitchen experience (1 year preferred,ideally in a breakfast or brunch environment). Brings enthusiasm,attention to detail,and pride to every plate served.
