Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and food production, with a flair for creativity and an unwavering commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Presentation:

Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency. This includes managing the breakfast & brunch service

Kitchen Management:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. This involves prepping and organizing the kitchen for smooth service and assisting with brunch and lunch service

Guest Interaction:

Engage with guests to ensure a memorable breakfast experience, accommodating special requests and providing excellent customer service.?

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and support other departments as needed.?

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is often preferred.?

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, creativity in food presentation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.?

Certifications:

Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety regulations is essential.?
