Job Description

The Gresham Aparthotel is recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to join its amazing kitchen brigade. This is a permanent role but paid hourly 13/hour. Offering 25-30 hours per week, overtime available, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

The Role



As Breakfast Chef, you'll play a crucial role in starting our guests' day with an exceptional breakfast experience. You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, as well as supporting the team with lunch service when required.

Key Responsibilities



Preparing and cooking breakfast to a high standard Maintaining the breakfast buffet and engaging warmly with guests when required Assisting with the preparation and service of afternoon service. Managing stock levels and placing kitchen orders Maintaining kitchen hygiene standards

About You



We're looking for someone with:

A genuine passion for food and delivering excellent guest experiences The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A good understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment (preferred) Flexible working from 6.30am daily and have great time keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
