We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety guidelines are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their culinary skills and performance.
Manage food production processes to ensure timely service and minimise waste.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse dishes that cater to various dietary preferences.
Demonstrated experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
