Duties

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen. Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness. Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, presentation, and kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Maintain an organised kitchen environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Excellent food preparation skills with a keen eye for detail in presentation. Proven team management experience within a culinary setting. In-depth knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-16.40 per hour
