The Queens Hotel, Lytham is looking for a driven, enthusiastic & passionate Breakfast Chefto join our team!

Rate of Pay

30 - 35 hours (5 day working week). 13.25 per hour + TRONC (around 2 p/h additional) Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday). 6:30am start until 1/2pm

Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring they are delicious, visually appealing & adhere to specifications. Kitchen Management: Oversee the breakfast service, including setting up and cleaning the kitchen after service. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards. Inventory Management: Check early morning deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for breakfast ingredients. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
