Job Description
A breakfast chef is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation :
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring they are delicious and visually appealing.Kitchen Management :
Oversee the breakfast service, including setting up and cleaning the kitchen after service.Quality Control :
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.Inventory Management :
Check early morning deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for breakfast ingredients.Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.Guest Interaction :
Collect feedback from guests during breakfast service and report any issues to the head chef.Compliance :
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Required Skills and QualificationsCulinary Skills :
