Job Description

A breakfast chef is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation :

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring they are delicious and visually appealing.

Kitchen Management :

Oversee the breakfast service, including setting up and cleaning the kitchen after service.

Quality Control :

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.

Inventory Management :

Check early morning deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for breakfast ingredients.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

Guest Interaction :

Collect feedback from guests during breakfast service and report any issues to the head chef.

Compliance :

Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Required Skills and Qualifications

Culinary Skills :

Strong knowledge of breakfast foods and cooking techniques.

Time Management :

Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.

Experience :
