Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to optimise food production Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation standards Maintain high standards of culinary excellence in all dishes served

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Demonstrated experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Previous experience in hospitality is essential, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
