We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for this 140 bedroom 4 star Hotel As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation for Break fast and lunch service. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation are maintained across all culinary offerings. Responsibilities



ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food production.

maintaining consistency with established standards. Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize costs without compromising quality. Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver flawless event execution, including special dietary requests and large-scale food service.

Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, preparation, and presentation of ingredients and finished dishes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in busy environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen. .
