The Role




We are seeking a dedicated

Breakfast Chef

to provide essential support to the Chief Cook and 2nd Cook across all kitchen operations. Your primary function will be to assist with

food preparation

for the

brasserie

,

wine bar

, and the

crew mess room

.

Key Responsibilities



Hygiene & Standards:

Ensure health and hygiene standards within the galley, stores, and food servery are maintained at a level equal to or exceeding Port Health requirements.

Stock Management:

Where necessary, assist in ordering and receiving the vessel's catering stock/stores, including checking deliveries and highlighting any discrepancies.

Waste Management:

Ensure that all waste oil and garbage are disposed of correctly and in the proper manner.

About You




The ideal candidate will possess:

A

Food Hygiene Certificate

(or equivalent qualification). Prior

experience

in a similar role. A strong awareness of the importance of

Health & Safety

and

food hygiene requirements

in a professional setting.
