We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while managing kitchen operations efficiently. This position requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specification and standards. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed in the kitchen. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food production and presentation. Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. A creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and menus.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
