Responsibilities

Oversee daily food production, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes served Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and proper storage procedures Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to minimise waste and optimise costs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Proven experience within a professional kitchen environment Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting Experience in menu development, culinary innovation, and delivering exceptional customer service Familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
