The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Your role will be to work alongside the team to provide a smooth and seamless breakfast service

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and menus. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies Assist in maintaining an organised kitchen environment, including proper storage of food items. Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Skills

Background in hospitality with experience in a restaurant or catering environment. Proficient in food preparation techniques Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when needed. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Pay will depend on age and experience, hours can be flexible and we can work to suit you, breakfast shifts will be early mornings through thill lunch time but this can be discussed in your interview.
