The Vacancy

The Snooty Fox is all that a quintessential English inn should be. Located in the centre of Tetbury, this popular bar and restaurant with 12 bedrooms plays host to a busy breakfast, lunch and dinner service on a daily basis.

We now require a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to freshly produce British food in our 80 cover bar and restaurant.

You will assist the Head Chef, maintaining food quality, standards and discipline. You will be expected to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. You need to be organised, dedicated and have an eye for detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Breakfast/CDP Chef who has previous experience working in a similar role looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity.

Requirements

Although you may not have a broad range of kitchen knowledge, a basic understanding of cooking and preparation is required.

Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Has a can-do attitude and puts their team mates and guests at the heart of everything they do.
