Breakfast Chef

We are currently recruiting for a breakfast chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is not afraid of an early morning, with a passion for food and works well under pressure.

You will be working mainly alone so it is essential that you are well organised. There will also be a requirement to assist in prep work for the days service.

Job specifications -

Previous experience working as a Breakfast chef or a similar role preferred Able to work individually / in a team Able to work quickly and efficiently with control over wastage Ensure food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures Ensure HACCP processes are followed
Personal specification

Passionate about working with fresh produce Enthusiastic and a can-do attitude Team player Reliable
Shifts will be 5 to 6 days a week normally but this may change due to holiday cover

06.30 - 10.30 pm There may be extra hours available according to business needs.
