We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimise waste
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop new menu items in line with current trends and customer preferences
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Uphold organisational policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and quality control
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills with expertise in food production and presentation
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
