We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production,
Reporting to our Head Chef you will be responsible for food preparation for our breakfast buffet, and function service. You will be required to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, whilst ensuring a high-quality product. In this role you will be responsible for strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. You will be responsible for organising an assigned section and will need to ensure it runs efficiently and productively. You will be required to monitor stock daily, and advise the Head Chef of product requirements in advance.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Maintain an organised kitchen environment, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.

Pay: 24,420.00-57,417.43 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
