Job Summary

We are seeking a Breakfast Chef to join this stunning 4-star Hotel. Working in a team of 3, you will be covering a buffet-style breakfast service, working from 5 am to 2 pm, with 2 days off together plus Guarteed 1-weekend off per month. PAID OVERTIME, 28 days holiday per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fresh food cooking, food production, and food preparation, with a flair for creating innovative dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Manage all aspects of food production and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.. Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant, Hotel or catering environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and presentation skills. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Creative mindset with a passion for cooking and experimenting with flavours. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
