To Prepare and Serve Breakfast at a Hotel, and maintain the cleanliness of the Kitchen Area
Hours are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 11am
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service
Prepare and cook a variety of Buffet Breakfast Dishes
Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency in quality and portion control
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations

Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
Qualifications
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
Experience in food production, restaurant operations, and hospitality management is highly desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
