We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in the organisation and management of food production processes Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations throughout shifts Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction Uphold high standards of food presentation and quality control at all times

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Leadership skills with the ability to manage team members effectively Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff Experience in food production, culinary techniques, and restaurant service is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
