We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be preparing and cooking breakfasts as well as helping with food preparation for our lunch and dinner menu
Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menus.

Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse kitchen team.
Proficient in various cooking techniques with a solid understanding of food production processes.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in supervising kitchen operations, ensuring quality control throughout the cooking process.
