Job Description

First Steps Nursery is seeking to employ a breakfast assistant.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and passionate individual who can provide consistently high standards, with a nurturing and loving nature. You must have experience of working with children, experience of Out of School care or nursery would be an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to -

Dropping children off at local schools Maintaining accurate and effective records. Creating strong links with parents and the extended family of the children in your care. Ensuring a good understanding of safeguarding children, additional needs and Health and Safety within the workplace
This position is for 10 hours a week working a shift of 7.15am - 9.15am Monday to Friday (term time or all year around is available)

First Steps Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share its commitment. Successful applicants are subject to an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service at the cost of the applicant
