As a Breakfast Commis Barista, you will help set the tone for our guests' day by preparing and serving exceptional coffee and tea throughout breakfast service. Working closely with our baristas, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient drinks operation while delivering warm, attentive Nobu hospitality.


You will




Create an exceptional breakfast experience for every guest Prepare and serve a range of teas, coffees and beverages with precision and consistency Support senior baristas during busy service periods and step into the role when required Maintain a thorough knowledge of the breakfast menu, including all drink items and accompaniments Ensure all service prep -- milk, coffee beans, garnishes and equipment -- is ready before service Keep all work areas and equipment clean, organised and in line with Nobu's hygiene standards Provide friendly, genuine service that reflects Nobu's crafted approach Support and train new team members, helping them feel part of the team Work collaboratively across departments to maintain smooth operations Attend team briefings and share ideas to improve the guest experience Uphold company and statutory safety standards at all times Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every guest interaction Shifts - 30 hours a week 6am - 12pm

You bring a passion for coffee, service and hospitality, with experience in a guest-facing role -- ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant. You are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to develop your barista skills under expert guidance. With a warm personality, calm energy and genuine smile, you create mornings that feel effortless and memorable for every guest.
