We are seeking a talented and keen Cook / Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and be capable of running a solo Breakfast service . As our weekday Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparation, service and maintaining consistency with our Breakfast menu, ensuring food safety standards are met and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Hours : Monday - Friday 0700 - 1100
This position is not offered as a live-in position - therefore essential that you live in Tetbury, or can reliably commute
Responsibilities
Daily breakfast operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times. .
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook / Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
