About the role

We currently seek a Breakfast Host Leader to join our fantastic team at Point A Hotel Liverpool Street. In this leadership role, you will not only ensure our breakfast offering is served to our high standards, but also take ownership of the smooth operation of the breakfast service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cleanliness and hygiene, stock management, ordering, prepping and delivery of the buffet to specification, as well as leading the team in the replenishment and presentation of the buffet, hosting the breakfast area, and managing the clearing of tables.


As the Breakfast Host Leader, you will be expected to set the tone for the team each morning, lead by example, coach and guide new and existing breakfast hosts, ensure standards are consistently upheld, and work closely with the management team to improve guest satisfaction and team efficiency. You will also be responsible for morning handovers, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with training, onboarding, and scheduling when needed. You will play an active role in upholding food safety, cleanliness, and overall health and safety standards--including allergen management. This includes ensuring allergen information is clearly communicated, staff are trained and compliant, and all practices meet legal and company requirements to keep our guests safe.
