THE ROLE

As a Breakfast Host of our Lounge restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as Breakfast Host will include but will not be limited to:


To greet all guests on arrival to Breakfast. To create an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards. To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary. Anticipates guest's needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience. To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times. To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year experience in a Host/Hostess role.
