LOCATION - THE LORD CREWE, BAMBURGH, NORTHUMBERLAND, NE69 7BL

MONDAY - FRIDAY ROLE - 7AM - 3PM

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast/Lunch chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in rosette awarded restaurant environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
