We are seeking an experienced chef to deliver breakfast, and later lunch to a consistantly high standard, all food is fresh and cooked to order. We will also need the successful candidate to fully capable of assisting our Head and Sous chef with preperation for our evening service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch to a high standard, currently 24 breakfast covers.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Communicate with other chefs regarding stock and ordering, and minimising waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
Communicate efficiently with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
Experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation, storage and hygene.
Flexibility to cover various daytime shifts, weekends, and holidays on the very rare occasion.
The required hours for this role are a set three days a week, 07:00 to 15:00.
