We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Breakfast Manager to lead our morning service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in food preparation and kitchen management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee breakfast operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and maintain food safety protocols in a busy hospitality environment. The Breakfast Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food production, and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Part Time - 16 Hours Per Week
Duties
Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of breakfast menus, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel.
Manage food safety compliance by adhering to hygiene standards and health regulations.
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to maintain high levels of team productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of breakfast service, resolving any operational issues promptly.
Assist with food preparation and cooking as required, maintaining high culinary standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing excellent hospitality and service.
Train new team members in food safety procedures, service standards, and operational protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and service areas.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally with breakfast or brunch service.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Barista experience or serving background is considered an advantage but not essential.
