We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Breakfast Supervisor (Part Time)

to join our team at Caer Rhun Hall, a stunning country house hotel set in the heart of the Conwy Valley.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests start their day in the best possible way - with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a high-quality breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service. Early Duty Manager shifts Ensuring breakfast is served efficiently, presented to a high standard, and in line with guest expectations. Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area. Training, motivating, and supporting the team to create a positive and productive working environment. Handling guest requests and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality (desirable). A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. A team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
