Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. Please be aware that the candidate will need to be at least 18 years old & willing to use the till.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently, providing solutions where possible. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive prompt attention throughout their meal.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong guest service skills with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of culinary practices is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Be able to work some weekends and the shift time which is 7:30am - 3pm.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
