Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively. Experience in upselling menu items to enhance sales is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
