Monday-Friday 6:00am-9:00am Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-10:30am

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Breakfast environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our patrons while ensuring the smooth operation of the Breakfast service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food orders, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food promptly and efficiently, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction. Cleaning of breakfast area after service. Pot washing and cleaning of all cutlery and crockery during and after service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction. A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen, other members of staff and guests
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
