We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Breakfast Server to join our team. The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing guest service during breakfast hours by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Refill beverages, clear used plates, and reset tables for new guests.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and report them if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Assist in opening duties such as restocking, cleaning, and setup.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work morning shifts & weekends.
Basic math and POS handling skills.
Work Environment:
Restaurant/Hotel dining area.
Early morning shift
Shift Pattern:
5 days a week
6.30-10 Monday - Friday
7.30-11 Saturday - Sunday
Breakfast is served
7-9 Monday - Friday
8-10 Saturday - Sunday
This position is for approximately 17.5 hours per week.
