Join our lively restaurant team as a dedicated and enthusiastic waiter or waitress, where you'll be at the heart of delivering memorable guest experiences!

This is a set rotas position, working Wednesday through Sunday between the hours of 09:00 to 18:30, with no later finish than 19:00.

Responsibilities

- Greet and warmly welcome guests with a friendly attitude, making everyone feel at home.

- Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen staff for smooth service.

- Serve dishes and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation aligns with our high standards.

- Share information about menu items, including daily specials, and suggest options to enhance the dining experience.

- Follow food safety regulations during food preparation and serving to ensure guest safety.

- Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, and utensils, to maintain a welcoming environment.

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, striving for positive resolutions.

- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control.

- Manage your time effectively to serve multiple tables attentively during busy periods.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a good understanding of hospitality principles.

- Knowledge of food safety practices and some culinary experience is a bonus.

- Basic math skills for accurate handling of transactions.

- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests.

- Excellent communication skills, focused on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales and guest enjoyment.

- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
