As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate orders from guests, using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and drinks efficiently while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour. A genuine passion for guest services and helping others enjoy their dining experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
