Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests for breakfast & Lunch.

The hour and days for this position are from 8am to 3pm Saturday , Sunday & Monday

As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and a commitment to hospitality. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an inviting atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options. Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; familiarity with serving techniques is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while engaging with guests. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members. Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
