Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly attitude. Experience in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience is beneficial. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge can be advantageous but not essential.
