Duties

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Serve behind the bar. Training will be provided. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent guest services. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience.
