We are seeking a talented and passionate sandwich artist, to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of food preparation and safety standards. This role requires creativity, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare high quality sandwiches and breakfast items in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen preparing lunch/breakfast options or a similar role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of preparation methods, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Basic maths skills for inventory management and portion control. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking with creativity in developing new dishes. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
