About the role


------------------


We are seeking to add to our Advice Session Supervisor team due to the retirement in December 2025 of a supervisor.


This role is primarily based in our Brentwood office in the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood. Working part time, 2 days per week on a Thursday and Friday. As an Advice Session Supervisor you will be responsible for:


Providing support, supervision and quality assurance for a team of sta? and volunteers

Running the face to face drop in sessions in our Brentwood office. You may also be required to supervise team members working remotely or at outreach settings. Checking the quality of client cases, providing where necessary constructive and developmental feedback to assessors and advisers.

Occasional Supervisor cover for our other offices may also be required.
Advice Session Supervisors have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, and a commitment to self-development.
