Fierce & Noble is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Brewer

to join our small, passionate team in the heart of Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on in all aspects of the brewing process -- and help deliver our beer straight to the people who love it.

We're seeking someone with solid brewing knowledge, a can-do attitude, and a full UK driving licence to support local deliveries as part of the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Brewing on our 10HL kit and supporting recipe development. Cellar work, packaging (cask, keg, and small pack), and general brewery maintenance. Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency throughout. Making local deliveries to trade customers in our van (clean UK driving licence required). Assisting with events, collaborations, and the occasional taproom brew chat!
What We're Looking For:

At least 1-2 years of professional brewing experience. A practical understanding of brewing operations, hygiene, and safety. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and active work. Reliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team. Full UK driving licence (essential). A genuine passion for great beer and the craft brewing community.
