Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times Supporting the organisation and tidiness of the work site, including waste disposal and storage Carrying out general manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors Preparing work areas for specific tasks or projects, including setting up equipment and tools Assisting with the transportation of materials within the site using appropriate equipment or manual methods Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed diligently during all activities Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work ethic Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles
