We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Bricklayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on a variety of construction projects. You will work as part of a professional crew, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
Interpret and work from construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Mix mortar and concrete using hand tools and mixers.
Measure, cut, and shape bricks or blocks as needed.
Ensure accuracy and alignment using levels, plumb lines, and measuring tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety regulations.
Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other construction professionals.
Repair and refurbish existing brickwork and masonry structures.
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
