What you'll be doing:

Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct and repair walls, partitions, chimneys, arches, and other structures Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans to carry out work accurately Mix and apply mortar by hand or using mechanical mixers to bond masonry units Measure, cut, and shape bricks and blocks to precise sizes using hand and power tools Operate masonry tools and equipment such as trowels, hammers, levels, and measuring devices to ensure structures are level, plumb, aligned, and meet specifications Collaborate with site teams and other tradespeople to coordinate work effectively on both residential and commercial projects Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe working practices at all times Support with site preparation, material handling, clean-up, and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment Follow project timelines, schedules, and quality standards to meet deadlines and client expectations Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed

What we're looking for:

3+ years of hands-on experience in bricklaying (site experience preferred) ?Excellent attention to detail -- ensuring precise brick alignment, consistent mortar joints, and high-quality finishes ?A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work to deadlines ?The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
