We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bricklayer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring brickwork structures with precision and attention to detail. Duties
Lay bricks, blocks, and stone following technical drawings and specifications
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and setting out work areas
Mix mortar and ensure proper application for durable construction
Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels to execute tasks accurately
Operate power tools including brick cutters, drills, and saws safely and effectively
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
Experience
Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Prior experience working on construction sites in similar roles is essential
