Bricklayer Foreman
Job Description
Sphere Solutions require an experienced and motivated Bricklayer Foreman to lead our bricklaying team on a variety of residential sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and coordinating with site managers to project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities -
- Supervise and lead a team of bricklayers and labourers.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Manage materials, tools and equipment effectively
- Liaise with site managers, contractors and clients.
