Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Bricklayers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in House Building with the ability to work on various projects including residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities



Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials according to specifications and blueprints. Construct walls, arches, and other structures using various masonry techniques. Mix mortar and other bonding agents to ensure proper adhesion of bricks. Perform repairs on existing masonry structures as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and welders on-site. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Experience



Proven experience in bricklaying is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, and levels. Familiarity with power tools used in masonry work is highly desirable. Experience working alongside roofers or carpenters is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
