We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join our ever growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and competent in their trade being able to carry out major and minor construction and maintenance projects . This role involves working as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
To undertake general building maintenance and repairs on the full range of commercial contracts and private work on behalf of Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd.
To undertake, as and when required, dismantling and erecting walls and work associated with major and minor new construction work.
To lay slabs as and when required.
Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of our Staff Handbook.
All quotes carried out to be completed in a detailed and timely manner to allow for them to be priced accordingly and return to the relevant contact.
Ensure at all times that all equipment either personal or that belonging to the company is maintained and looked after. With any faults or required maintenance being reported back to the line manager.
Ensuring that all necessary paper work is completed and returned to the line manager in accordance with established procedures.
To provide a service to clients and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority.
To act at all times as a representative of Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.
Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the post objectives as required by Management (appropriate to the level of the post).
To relay customers comments to the line manager.
Assisting as required in the management of our apprentices giving any support where necessary.
To comply with existing Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd policies, methods and procedures.
It will be necessary to work with information technology and associated systems in accordance with the company policies.
To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
To understand and comply with the Company environmental policies as detailed in our ISO14001.
As required to report any changes which may have direct negative impact in you being able to carry out your role in a safe and secure manner.

Pay: 15.31-17.50 per hour
