Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brick Mason to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring brickwork structures, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Duties

Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to specifications and blueprints Prepare surfaces and foundations prior to bricklaying activities Mix mortar and other materials accurately to ensure proper adhesion Operate power tools including drills and saws safely and efficiently Repair or restore existing brickwork structures as needed Assist with related tasks such as carpentry or ground works when required Maintain a clean and organised worksite to promote safety and efficiency Follow health and safety regulations at all times during construction activities

Skills

Proven experience in bricklaying, masonry, or similar trades Proficiency with hand tools used in brickwork and masonry tasks Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or technical drawings Competence in related skills such as carpentry etc. Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-240.00 per day
